摘要: Abstract The objective of this work was to determine the economic feasibility large-scale operations supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) for recovery phenolics using grape bagasse from Pisco residues. Experimental data were used estimate kinetic parameters, as well cost manufacturing extracts. obtained CO2 containing 10% ethanol (w/w) at 313 K and 20–35 MPa. CO2/ethanol process produced extracts with higher concentrations than conventional techniques. compounds identified in syringic, vanillic, gallic, p-hydroxybenzoic, protocatechuic p-coumaric acids, quercetin. An evaluation economics indicated an industrial SFE plant a capacity 0.5 m3 producing extract expected concentration approximately 23 g/kg estimated US$ 133.16/kg.
