摘要: This paper identifies factors affecting the implementation of electronic commerce in Mexico and solutions that companies have developed. Using theories institutional economics resource-based theory firm as a framework analysis, this focuses on rules behavior prevailed Mexican business transactions are likely to affect adoption commerce. The covers infrastructure, supply, demand factors. It concludes even though economic conditions improving it will be some time before people change their embrace more widely.
