摘要: The correlation between catalytic activity and particle microstructure is examined for hydrocarbon hydrogenolysis CO hydrogenation on Rh Ni supported SiO2 using TEM, XPS, reactivity, H2 chemisorption. It found that C2H6 more than 102 higher after oxidation low temperature reduction at 250°C high 650°C. Catalyst can be restored repeatedly by redyction. TEM shows 100A single crystal particles are converted into ∼10A clusters of upon oxidation-reduction treatment. XPS oxide completely reduced to metal 200°C. Propane a comparable effect Rh. exhibits factor two reversible decrease in reduction. These results show the properties dispersion catalysts altered reversibly treatments because variation surface Droduced metastable surfaces created oxide.
