摘要: Remifentanil belongs to opioid drugs, and its pharmacokinetic characteristics make it unique in this class of drugs appropriate for use during intubation without neuromuscular blockage. This up-to-date review aims summarize the findings recent studies regarding remifentanil intubation. combined either with propofol or inhaled anesthetic agents has been proved provide acceptable intubating conditions. Regarding children patients, can be used safely, as far conditions are concerned, effectiveness is excellent Strong evidence exists that illuminates usefulness drug cases difficult airway well diseases. Beyond all these favorable characteristics, anesthesiologists must conscious remifentanil.
