摘要: Due to their unpredictable and fluctuating behavior, the wireless networks cannot always deliver bandwidth needed for transporting desired content state of overall network is varying. This means, reduce information loss rate in such networks, we need an adaptive compression scheme which adjusts itself varying conditions dictate maximum efficiency. In this paper, propose a hybrid (HAC) scheme, that adaptively integrates frame dropping transrating techniques, specifically real time transmission. Under deteriorating technique used which, only less important frames, i.e. B-frames or P-frames transport stream, are dropped. If worsen I-frames start dropping, then triggered. way efficient link monitoring implemented through technique. Results show video quality preserved by minimizing rate.
