摘要: Antineoplastic drugs are increasingly used in the treatment of diseases vision organ. However, practicing ophthalmologists often deal with lack information about choice anticancer effect, their mechanism action, dosage, route administration, potential side effects including prevention. Mechanism action is presented for most commonly immunosuppressants ophthalmology (such as metabolic antagonists, alkylation agents, antineoplastic antibiotics, monoclonal antibodies). Efficiency and routes administration described cytostatics intraocular tumors (retinoblastoma), prevention proliferative syndrome ophthalmosurgery complicating surgery glaucoma, pterigium refractive corneal procedures, presenting pathogenetic basis vitreoretinopathy posterior lens capsule opacity. Possible local immunosupressors ocular (epithelial suture defects, hemorrhagic choroidal detachment, cataract progression, endophthalmitis, malignant toxic effect on ciliary body, keratopathy, hypertensive maculopathy). Also, issue use immunodepressants acute chronic inflammatory eye discussed (for example, uveitis, filamentary keratitis, allergic blepharoconjunctivitis, conjunctivitis spring ophthalmia, adenoviral keratoconjunctivitis, rosacea keratitis, pemphigoid, recurrent chalazion, scleritis, episcleritis, painful bullous state after keratoplasty fibrous capsule). Special attention was paid to neovascularization common intravitreal injections antibodies (ranibizumab, aflibercept) premature infants’ retinopathy, various origin (in trauma, myopia, histoplasmosis), neovascular form age-related macular dystrophy, secondary diabetic retinopathy edema. Need search new more effective safe medicines immunodepressive emphasized ophthalmology, medicine general.
