摘要: Different cell and tissue structures of various biological materials as well their moisture content play an important role in the extraction lipids with supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2). All matter is made up water, proteins, lipids, carbohydrates inorganic salts. Hundreds components are organized within structure where they interact each other ways. When such a complicated system placed high-pressure environment objective extracting specific using solvent, complexity increases dramatically. Our understanding component interactions during fluid quite limited. Thus, starting material location interest need to be examined have better how affect kinetics.
