The clinical immunological results this study are published elsewhere. This paper contains an evaluation skin prick test nasal provocation results. There were no significant differences between the two treatment groups concerning these parameters. In both allergen-specific sensitivity in showed seasonal variations but decrease. During years there was also decrease specific mucosa. With present demands for purification standardization allergen it is practical economic interest know that pollen-allergic patients showing positive reactions can be effectively treated using extract alone.
