摘要: Influenza H9N2 virus mostly infects avian species but poses a potential health risk to humans. Little is known about the mammalian host immune responses virus. To obtain insight into innate of human lung epithelial cells virus, expressions pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokine in airway infected with were examined by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). was able cultivate cell line (A549) stimulate production (IL-1β, IL-6) (IL-8). Expressions cytokine genes up-regulated significantly higher level for IL-1β (p < 0.01), IL-6 0.01 after 12 hours p 0.05 24 hours) IL-8 0.001 virus-cultured A549 as compared non-virus-cultured cells. The amount proteins secreted culture medium also increased infection significant both 18 24-48 harvested supernatant) 0.001). Silencing p65 component NF-κB suppressed stimulatory effects influenza on secretion chemokine. findings this study will broaden our understanding mechanisms pathogenesis viruses respiratory epithelium.
