摘要: To monitor the components of molten magnesium alloy during smelting process in real time and online, we designed a standoff double-pulse laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) analysis system that can perform focusing, collecting imaging long-range samples. First, tested on solid standard samples laboratory to establish basis for online monitoring future. The experimental results show diameters focus spots are approximately 1 mm at range 3 m, ablation depth mode is much deeper than single-pulse mode, optimum interpulse delay double pulse inconsistent different ranges, spectral intensity decays rapidly as increases. In addition, enhancement effect 1.89 m greater 2.97 maximum 7.1-fold Y(I)550.35-nm line calibration better those m. At determination coefficients (R2) curves 99% Y, Pr, Zr; relative deviations (RSDs) less 10% root mean square errors (RMSEs) 0.037% Pr limits detection (LODs) 1000 ppm LODs Zr higher Additionally, plant. liquid not favorable sampling alloys. particular, RSDs 20% La. However, with future improvements conditions, developed promising situ alloy.
