摘要: PURPOSE To report a patient with refractory keratitis after Boston type I keratoprosthesis treated corneal collagen cross-linking (CXL). METHODS Case report. RESULTS A 29-year-old man history of chemical burn in the left eye underwent implantation. He developed infectious 4 months surgery, which did not respond to topical antibiotics. The CXL shield covering optic. Three weeks CXL, infiltration completely resolved. CONCLUSIONS Corneal might be beneficial treatment patients keratoprosthesis.
