摘要: The levels of K+ and total electrolyte leakage into leaching solution from imbibed seeds Pisum sativum L. Phaseolus vulgaris have been followed to determine the relationship loss level loss, its relation physiological condition seed. extent rate both electrolytes varied with seed conditions imposed by experiment. accounted for between 25 50% leakage. was at all times significantly correlated, but changed time experimental conditions. effect immersion, which increased due soaking injury, masked differences in varying field performance. Imbibition either 5 °C or 40 before shown increase comparison °C. These results suggest that 'conductivity test', is used as a measure deterioration, may need be re-examined terms procedure interpretation.
