摘要: Although recommended for evaluation of seed lot vigor, artificial aging test shows results variability reasons yet to be elucidated. Seed-fungi association is considered one the causes responsible such variation. The goal this work was verify effects periods on bean behavior and Aspergillus spp., Penicillium Fusarium oxysporum Colletotrichum lindemuthianum fungi artificially inoculated by contact method. Health, germination, tetrazolium, emergence, electrical conductivity potassium leaching tests were performed evaluation. answers achieved, besides dependable time period, indicated effect species associated seed. found with expression physiological sanitary that interfere data interpretation; presence fungi, mainly may capable interfering in aged seeds a negative way.
