摘要: This study reports in vitro reconstitution of the development type I collagen/PVA biomimetic hydrogels with good operability and stability by freeze-thaw technique. To improve performances, were hybridized collagen I. Structure morphology characterized FT-IR, DSC SEM. FT-IR spectrum thermograms showed peaks that shift to lower than PVA a higher peak because complicated structure inside hydrogels. The observed SEM mimicked into fibrils formed network texture as skin. Therefore, scaffold might be well suited for skin engineering wound healing.
