摘要: To gain an insight into the evolution of major histocompatibility complex alleles, three DRB and one DRA genes were isolated from chimpanzee cDNA libraries. The nucleotide sequences (ChLA-DRB) then compared with those available HLA-DRB alleles by constructing unrooted phylogenetic trees. All ChLA-DRB found to be more closely related certain than unrelated are each other. Since evidence does not support convergent MHC this result is consistent idea that derived common ancestral existence which predates divergence human lineages. predicted amino acid mature ChLA-DRA HLA-DRA molecules differ only acid.
