摘要: Our understanding of AIDS has been expanded by studies in nonhuman primates. Several vaccine macaques have suggested that a strong immune response to SIV can be generated appropriately immunized monkeys (Murphy-Corb et al. 1989; Desrosiers 1989). Furthermore, these provided the first demonstration it may possible induce protective against HIV. The cell-mediated prove crucial for this protection. However, understand nature cellular both and infected monkeys, knowledge MHC products involved recognition virus is crucial. Indeed, outbred populations, definition pathogen cannot carried out without involved.
