摘要: The paper presents an analysis of the electrical transport, phototransport and photoluminescence measurements performed on silicon-based nanocrystalline systems. experimental results are discussed within frame a quantum confinement model. It is proved that differences between energy levels identified in related to selection rules specific each process. also that, at nanometric scale, nature atoms composing nanocrystal represents first order correction, while size zero factor.
