摘要: Abstract The pure tungsten was implanted with 500 keV helium (He) ions to a fluence of 1.0 × 1017 ions/cm2 at RT and 800 °C. After the implantation, cross-sectional transmission electron microscope (TEM) nano-indentation measurements were used investigate He bubbles hardness profiles induced by implantation. Visible observed only in damage peak region but whole size 800 °C increased increasing depths. With implantation temperature from 800 °C, regions increased. tests indicated that hardening values same both temperatures, peaks moved surface temperatures. formation contributions their distribution sizes discussed.
