摘要: In vitro, exogenous adrenaline reduced the Bohr and Root shifts caused by elevated PaCO2 depressed plasma pH in rainbow trout blood, but not starry flounder blood. vivo immediately after exercise, (Ad) noradrenaline (NAd) increased about 12-fold trout. Associated with this catecholamine mobilization was a significant haemoconcentration, red blood cell (RBC) swelling reduction RBC [NTP]; latter larger than that explained alone, indicating metabolic degradation of nucleoside triphosphate (NTP). intracellular (pHi) fell only slightly exercise (0.07 units) at 0 h, restored 0.5 h face large acidosis (0.4 units). [O2]/[Hb] significantly, decline may have been due part to PaO2. The less predicted from vitro O2-dissociation curves low (0.5 nmol l-1) levels, similar high (90 levels. flounder, resting Ad NAd levels were 10 times those did change significantly exercise. As consequence, there no [NTP], pHi (0.10 remained until 4 although occur. These factors addition contributed arterial [O2]/[Hb], constant However, prior correction PaCO2. This, conjunction observation catecholamines affect blood--O2 dissociation curve, suggests additional be involved regulating O2 transport flounder.
