摘要: This paper proposes a new modeling method for estimating the impedance of an on-chip power/ground meshed plane. Frequency dependent R, L, and C parameters are extracted based on proposed so that model can be applied from DC to high frequencies. The plane is composed two parts: coplanar multi strip (CMS) conductor-backed CMS. conformal mapping technique scaled conductivity concept used accurate developed microstrip approach has been successfully verified by comparing RLC circuit simulated using 3D-field solver.
