Manipulation of the content in overshadowing contingency judgments. This article studies process and predictions realized by models judgments. In tw o different experiments, subjects were pr ovided with four cues, to which they had respond one two possible outcomes. The experiments differed respect their cues out comes: symptoms diseases first experiment, letters numbers second one. r esults show that does not seem af fect subjects’ judgment. Ho wever, results do differ contingencies blished between Of all studied, only three proved acceptably fit empirical data: Ba yes’ rule, O, Associative Model.
