摘要: Plasma lipids, chemical composition of various lipoprotein fractions, apolipoprotein B concentrations and E phenotypes were studied in 12 uraemic patients on conservative treatment (CT), 16 haemodialysis (HD) 18 continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). total cholesterol triglyceride increased the CAPD comparison to HD control subjects. Moreover, had higher LDL concentration than CT patients. The HDL was lower lipoproteins all fractions VLDL, IDL differed from those main differences proportion triglycerides VLDL patient groups fraction decreased compared In conclusion, addition alterations there are also marked changes particles that may further contribute accelerated atherosclerosis among abnormalities particularly prevalent
