摘要: As the dominant cyanobacterial species in biological soil crusts (BSCs), Microcoleus vaginatus often suffer from many stress conditions, such as desiccation and high temperature. In this study, activities of light-harvesting complexes (LHCs) reaction centers photosystem II (PS II) crust cyanobacteria M. were monitored under temperature conditions using chlorophyll fluorescence technology. The results showed that all signals significantly inhibited by or treatments. Under it was further demonstrated PS first destructed within hour, then LHCs gradually dissociated free phycocyanin formed 1-5h, light harvesting center pigment proteins fully suppressed after 24h treatment. Furthermore, treated lost its ability to recover photosynthetic activity. On contrary, although also led loss activity vaginatus, rehydration parameters including Fo, Fv Fv/Fm could be well recovered 12h. It concluded provide some protection other stresses, experiment. combine change precipitation pattern field a guarantee for alternate metabolism inactivity cyanobacteria. That may very important strategy survival regions.
