摘要: Mini glaucoma devices for external filtration may be implanted with an ab externo procedure (Ex-PRESS and InnFocus Microshunt) or interno (XEN Gel stent). The Ex-PRESS is FDA-approved mini device that has been developed in order to simplify anterior guarded filtering procedures, making them faster, safer easier. It positioned under a scleral flap it introduced the chamber through needle hole, avoiding excision of corneal-scleral button iridectomy. Like other associated releasable sutures everting suture (the safe procedure) increase safety efficacy. Microshunt new currently investigation; very easy implant highly promising terms XEN stent soft, collagen tube makes permanent bypass between subconjunctival space. smart, quick, effective simple recently gained FDA approval.
