摘要: The aim of the investigation was to determine influence dietary supplementation with selenium on blood metabolic profile and thyroid hormones activities in fattening lambs. study included 36 Merinolandschaf lambs during period (50 days) divided into three groups (control, Exp- I Exp-II). control group diet not supplemented Se, whereas Exp-I 0.3 mg/kg inorganic (sodium selenite) Exp-II organic (Sel-Plex). Concentration minerals (Ca, P-inorganic, K, Na, Fe Cl), biochemical indicators (urea, glucose, cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglycerides, creatinine, total protein, albumin), enzyme activity (ALT, AST, GGT, LDH GSH-Px) hormone (T3, T4) were determined. Significantly higher (P<0.01) content GSH-Px as well lower Ca determined compared (93.89 67.69: 34.11 µg L-1 ; 607.98 556.92: 247.52 µkat 2.38 2.39: 2.76 mmol L-1). from (P<0.05) concentrations HDL-cholesterol T3 found groups. results showed indicate justification adding selenium, especially lamb’s diets, raising concentration enzyme, improving health status, areas deficient selenium.
