摘要: Summary Pea seedlings were cultivated in tap water, which contained mineral nutrients and abscisic acid (ABA). In some cases, GA 3 was applied to the shoot apex (0.5 μg/plant). beginning of application, ABA (0.1 1 mg/l) promotes growth. Later on it is inhibitory. 2 mg/l always retard The interaction between often shows a synergistic effect that means, intensifies growth promotion resulting from treatment. Ether extracts 16 days old pea shoots, treated with ABA, contain about 43 % more than untreated controls. longitudinal roots inhibited by but number lateral root hairs increased. Concentrations or form looking yellowish, stunted, rather thick.
