摘要: The growth of wheat seedlings (Triticum sativum) is inhibited by abscisic acid (ABA). inhibition increases with the concentration ABA (from 10-6M to 5 × 10-5M) and stronger in case coleoptiles first leaves than roots. In contrast, naphthaleneacetic (ANA), at 10-5M, exerts its greatest inhibitory effect on can be partially overcome kinetin a much smaller degree gibberellic acid. Neither these two compounds, had any ABA-induced root growth. RNA DNA contents per plant organ are considerably reduced after treatment ABA, particularly leaves. incorporation uracil-2-14C uridine T (G) into treated leaves, but enhanced mechanism action discussed light results.
