摘要: Efficient metastasis is believed as the result of multiple genetic, epigenetic and/or post-translational events in lifetime a carcinoma. At genetic level, these may be categorized into those that occur during carcinogenesis, and subclonal evolution. This review summarizes current knowledge genetics pancreatic cancer from its initiation within normal cell until time has disseminated to distant organs, many features which can extrapolated other solid tumor types. The implications findings personalize genome analyses an individual patient's are also discussed.
