摘要: This paper reports on a project, funded by the Victorian Department of Education and Training (Australia), undertaken to explore capacity for teachers develop innovative teaching learning strategies aimed at improving educational experiences students in middle years. Central this charter was need local schools form Clusters, share ideas designed improve student engagement connection. In forming Buxton (pseudonym) Cluster, four came together declare their shared interest connection through mathematics. The 22 involved project broad concern that traditional pedagogies built up around maths discipline were contributing wider level disconnection observed thinking about change, group attracted constructivist approaches pedagogy which opportunities tasks are varied sufficiently appeal various styles aptitudes learners.
