摘要: Background and Purpose Caffeine is one of the most commonly used psychoactive substances. Circadian rhythms consist main suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) clocks peripheral clocks. Although caffeine lengthens circadian modifies phase changes in SCN-operated rhythms, effects on phase, period amplitude organ are not known. In addition, role cAMP/Ca2+ signalling rhythm has been fully elucidated.
