摘要: A method of using flexible bags for surface culture microorganisms and cells on a stationary interface between gaseous phase liquid medium the devices upon which are practiced disclosed. bag is first filled with growth medium, sample inoculum, predetermined amount air to create headspace. The then sealed placed platform, mounted an external self-support device top web bag. support holds in fixed position and, thus, prevents from deflating so that headspace maintained throughout cultivation period.
