摘要: A new device is designed that suitable for both laboratory- and industrial-scale cultivation of microorganisms, particularly filamentous fungi, on the surface liquid media. The reliably ensures sterility cultivation, regardless its duration. Its installation costs are relatively low maximum production reached per unit space. In comparison with submerged cultures in fermentors, proposed mode does not use a high consumption energy stirring aeration (consequently, duration an economically relevant factor) require maintenance complicated equipment. Due to building construction technological equipment, plant capable very fast expansion and, when need arises economical liquidation.
