摘要: This paper describes the analytical methodology for determination of MDMA, MDA, MDEA and MBDB in oral fluid. After a liquid-liquid extraction, analysis was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), with fluorescence detection. The detector wavelength fixed at 285 nm excitation 320 emission. mobile phase, mixture phosphate buffer (pH=5) acetonitrile (75:25), column, Kromasil 100 C8 5 microm 250 mm x 4.6mm, allowed good separation compounds an isocratic mode only 10 min. method validated showed limits detection (2 ng/mL) quantitation (10 all amphetamine derivatives. No interfering substances were detected. A stability study these fluid stored three different temperatures (-18, 4 20 degrees C) over weeks conducted, showing time-dependent degradation four compounds.
