摘要: Few studies have stressed on the sensitivity of stress distribution in different mechanical properties artic- ular cartilage and subchondral bone. The purpose this study was to establish parametric variations factors individually examine how these biomechanical effects influenced bone plate fields hip joint. A finite element model including acetabulum proximal femur established change associated with thinning cartilage, increasing modulus thickening individually. distributions bone/cartilage interface were evaluated. Sensitivity magnitudes changes also analyzed. results indicated that has more significant effect than or shear levels interface. Subchondral mild Cartilage acts as a major influence development articular damage.
