摘要: With the advancement of computer technology it has been possible to determine stress distribution in bone by finite-element method (FEM), for a pathomechanical analysis aseptic necrosis femoral head. Development head considered be coincident with ischemic changes bone. However, area does not correspond vascular distribution. We speculated that only biological, but also biomechanical factors might play an important role development necrosis. A two-dimensional model, 801 elements and 454 nodes, was constructed mimic hip joint. Conditions disease were simulated on assumption concentrated areas high cause properties bone, according Wolff's law, such as or sclerosis. Results simulation correlated well clinical findings. Biomechanical should considered, prevent collapse structure limit spread early phase disease.
