摘要: Our X-ray core-level spectroscopic measurements show that the valence state of Tl in Ba containing single-Tl-O-layered compounds TlBa 2−x La x CuO 5 and 2 Ca 1−x Gd Cu O 7 is +3 whereas Sr TlSr between +1. The origin holes latter discussed terms charge transfer 6s band 3d -y addition to generated due excess oxygen. This contrast former wherein oxygen only.
