摘要: VLA observations in the immediate vicinity of Vela pulsar have been made using a technique to mask out strong pulsed radio emission from pulsar. The discovery localized ridge highly polarized northeast is described. This feature concave toward pulsar, and has steep spectrum. On basis its physical geometric properties, it argued that directly related although not coincident with either previously known X-ray synchrotron nebula or optical continuum nebulosity. It suggested part shock produced by termination relativistic magnetohydrodynamic wind into surrounding medium. bears many similarities wisps seen Crab Nebula. 18 refs.
