摘要: Abstract Objectives: To assess the relationship between lipoprotein (a) [Lp (a)] and oxidation in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Design methods: Oxidation of apolipoprotein (apo)B-containing lipoproteins, vitamin E, carotenoids, lipid-lipoprotein levels were determined 171 CAD 70 non-CAD subjects. Results: In Lp concentrations ≥ 30 mg/dL; total cholesterol (TC), low density (LDL-C), malondialdehyde (MDA), apo B significantly higher lag-time age lower than those Conclusions: We have shown that plasma B-containing lipoproteins both subjects mg/dL are more susceptible to vitro oxidative modification
