摘要: The reversal of the spontaneous polarization in a ferroelectric crystal is governed by two mechanisms: nucleation new domains and growth these domain wall motion. We have investigated switching properties triglycine sulfate (TGS) as function applied electric field, temperature, thickness samples. It proposed that at low fields slower mechanism hence dominates process while high motion determines rate switching. former leads to an exponential dependence time on field latter linear dependence.A model for treated mathematically compared with experimental observations. shape current pulse was found yield much information. depends strongly correlated well time. asymmetry increases decreasing can be associated interaction between nuclei. This various ferroelectrics discussed its relation considered.
