摘要: Abstract The switching characteristics of CsH2PO4 in the ferroelectric phase below -120°C were measured. electric field dependence reciprocal time and peak current consists two parts; linear part high-field region curved low-field region. mobility domain wall motion is as much that BaTiO3 TGS at room temperature.
