摘要: In this article, a copper-in-polymer-gradient composite film (CPGCF) was synthesized by electrochemical strategy via reducing solvent-swollen cathode (SCF). The latex nanoparticles of ternary copolymer including styrene, butyl acrylate, and acrylic acid structural units play the key role to form well-graded copper distribution in matrix through porous morphological structure developed nanoparticle semimelt joining. along cross-section CPGCF includes three layers: (1) dense layer whose most outside originally attached reactor, (2) shrublike that grew from layer, (3) clear which there is no obvious reduced phase contacted with liquid electrolyte medium reactor. As experimental aspects, influences emulsion polymerization conditions copolymer, predrying time temperature SCF, dc voltage reduction on were investigated. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
