摘要: Abstract An optimal grade transition control system integrating off-line optimizer and nonlinear model predictive controller is developed for polymerization reactors. The trajectory of inputs outputs computed by using first principles model. the same together with a linearized state-space ensures that real process response does not stray away from trajectory. proposed algorithm can provide attractive computational efficiency, nominal stability good steady-state performance. application on slurry polyethylene reactor presented to illustrate capability algorithm.
