Identification of Key Influencing Factors of Sustainable Development for Traditional Power Generation Groups in a Market by Applying an Extended MCDM Model

摘要: With the deepening reform of power market, external environment China’s industry is going through a huge change. traditional generation groups (TPGGs), with assets all over country, are, due to lack market awareness about energy policies, facing serious challenges in developing competitive advantages, improving transaction modes, optimizing profit models, and even realizing basic corporate strategies. In this study, we focus on identifying key factors influencing sustainable development an unprecedented for TPGGs, so as achieve overall whole sector China. A hybrid framework based Multiple-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) was proposed recognize under vague rule conditions. We developed novel method combining three different MCDM methods triangular fuzzy numbers (TFNs), Delphi, Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL), Analytic Network Process (ANP), cover uncertainty make problem-solving approach closer actual problem. series analyses indicate that final 14 covering five dimensions are considered be important TPGGs. Based results, it can said “Gross margin” “Pricing bidding strategy” dominate impacts TPGG’s development. Finally, give some advice relating practical measures help TPGGs market-oriented environment.
