摘要: Vascular smooth muscle from rabbits subjected to acute severe stress exhibits decreased sensitivity sympathetic regulation. Stimulation of the innervation isolated vascular segments resulted in a similar subsensitivity as did exposure norepinephrine (NE) but not histamine. Periodic contraction these caused an increase their maximum ability contract independent constrictor procedure used. These results suggest that sympathetically mediated NE release occurs and some other pathological conditions may result blunting neural control possibly resistance certain therapeutic agents.
