摘要: Abstract This paper explores the idea of what it means to be “ahead times.” In doing so looks at new generations ideas; individualism; and organisational structures cultures. Weak signals can already identified from a century ago indicating ways thinking within several disciplines such as science, philosophy, psychology education. These signs many regard evolutionary change in human run parallel with exponential changes manifesting external world. The argues for shift beyond egotistic individualism collective individualism, laying foundations major transformation meet needs uncertain futures. suggests that futures studies field sensitive developmental paradigmatic have been occurring both across knowledge spectrum. Finally, World Futures Studies Federation is examined case study determine whether is, indeed, ahead its times.
