摘要: To retrospectively assess the incidence of radiation dermatitis in patients with locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma head and neck (SCCHN) who received primary radiotherapy combination cetuximab a curative intent. A total 112 consecutively treated at Departments Radiotherapy Medical University Vienna Hospital Hietzing (Vienna) were analyzed. was administered either as conventional (70 Gy 7 weeks) or using concomitant boost protocol (72 6 weeks). The mucositis within portals 103 eligible compared historical control group well published data. grade 1/2, 3, 4 57%, 29%, 1% plus collective. 37%, 47%, 4%, respectively. 3 during concurrent 29% our patient Only one case observed. These results do not statistically differ significantly from reported Bonner trial indicate that is tolerated.
