摘要: Disability evaluations in workers’ compensation cases have unique issues for treating and forensic clinicians to address. Clinicians need assess not only psychiatric impairment but also whether that arose out of the course employment. This chapter reviews methods assessment; potential limitations typically based on nature relationship between clinician patient, as well types corroborating information needed adequately make assessment. Treating particularly are cautioned how far express opinions given their therapeutic alliance with patient. Stepwise approaches such assessments outlined.
