摘要: Different types of gels are currently used as crystallization media avoiding convective fluid motion and sedimentation crystals, two properties that beneficial when seeking crystals the highest quality for structural studies. We show in this paper compatibility main precipitating agents, buffers, additives, including some detergents employed protein with certain gels, namely, agaroses different gelling temperatures, polyacrylamide silica such tetramethylorthosilicate.
