摘要: An automatic tachycardia detection assembly to be implanted in a person for stimulating the heart upon of abnormal tachycardias. The includes an atrial sensor (16) and ventricular (18) sensing activity within atria ventricles heart, respectively. Also included is electrical stimulator or cardioverter/defibrillator (20, 22) therapeutically (10) housing (12) enclosing control circuit (14) responsive sensors (16, 18) controlling 22). distinguishes sinus from having 1:1 VA conduction by comparing measured AV interval predetermined interval.
