摘要: This study of forty-nine software development groups investigated the effectiveness ten information channels, linking to potential resources about new developments in methodologies, as a means facilitating group innovativeness. While findings suggest that innovativeness can be improved by providing appropriate external this relationship is contingent on internal environment. The channels most commonly provided those organizations participating tended least effective promoting innovation.
